Roots & Rhythm Night Market celebrates cultures from around the world through food, art, retail, and community experiences. Our goal is to curate a balanced, respectful, and high-quality marketplace that reflects the diversity of the FivePoint® Valencia community.
To help support the administrative and operational work required to produce a high-quality, curated market experience, Roots & Rhythm charges a $25 non-refundable vendor application fee. This fee helps cover application processing, vendor coordination, and event infrastructure that benefits all participating businesses. Completion of this application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Live art or on-site customization (painting, hat bars, etc.)

• Photo activations or styled photo booths

• Permanent jewelry or piercing experiences

• Interactive crafts or DIY stations

Music, Vibes & Creative Energy

• DJs spinning culturally relevant sets

• Live bands, spoken word artists, and performers

• Vinyl vendors or music-inspired brands

Art, Culture & Heritage

• Black artists, painters, and illustrators

• Cultural goods (African textiles, prints, handmade items)

• Books by Black authors / educational materials

• Candles, home goods, and apothecary rooted in culture or storytelling

• Natural skincare and body care brands

• Hair care products (especially textured hair-focused)

• Wellness brands (oils, butters, holistic care)

• Fragrance and luxury self-care goods

Community & Culture-Based Organizations

• Nonprofits supporting the Black community
